Job Summary

Duties

• Operate various vehicles including shuttle buses, limousines, and driver services to transport guests, staff, and supplies efficiently and safely
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving luggage, supplies, or equipment to support event setups or daily operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring their transportation needs are met promptly
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are upheld and report any issues promptly
• Deliver packages or supplies as needed within designated areas, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Support facility upkeep by performing light cleaning duties, organizing storage areas, and maintaining overall cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate schedules, relay important information, and address any concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services; paratransit or school bus driving experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; specific driver or commercial driving certifications are preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to schedules precisely
