What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Area Attendant position at Holiday Inn Express?
As the Public Area Attendant you will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and sanitizing of all public areas and restrooms
- Cleaning of all floor surfaces throughout the building utilizing the correct equipment, chemicals, and procedures
- Cleaning of all furniture and its correct placement in all lobby and public spaces
- Cleaning of the hotel spa and all its treatment rooms
- Cleaning of pool area,fitness center and general public lounges
- Cleaning of the hotel restaurant space including all furnishings, fittings, floors, walls, and other guest contact surfaces
- Window and wall cleaning as needed; high dusting and high area cleaning on a scheduled basis
- Sweeping of exterior and emptying of all property trash cans inside and outside
- Following a daily checklist to ensure areas are cleaned on time and within operational requirements
