We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our hotel, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations.
- Lead, train, and support the maintenance team.
- Perform and oversee repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms in excellent condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel procedures.
- Monitor maintenance supplies, equipment, and work orders.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, PTAC's and building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies when needed.
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to quality work.
