What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Attendant position at Holiday Inn Express?
The Holiday Inn Express is under new management and looking to build a great new team. The Housekeeping department is the life blood of any hotel. From the front door to their room and everywhere in between, the cleanliness of a hotel is the main factor in the quality of our guests stay. We want that stay to be exceptional, which is why we need an exceptional team!
Job Duties
- Responsible for housekeeping services at established hotel standards for assigned rooms
- Friendly interaction with Guests in order to provide exceptional Guest service.
- Responsible for following all established safety procedures.
- Follow room security procedures to ensure security of guest rooms and guest property.
- Maintain all carts and proper use / distribution of housekeeping supplies and room amenities.
- Turn in all guest items left in room to the MOD or supervisor.
- Immediately report any room damage or missing property to MOD or supervisor.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Other duties as assigned.
