Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team. In this vital role, you will ensure our guests and residents experience a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality, creating memorable stays for all.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, or residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, restrooms, and kitchens with a focus on sanitation and safety
• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational readiness
• Follow established safety protocols and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for guests and staff
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as needed to uphold the highest standards of hygiene

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and commercial cleaning methods
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests or residents
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
• Experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities is preferred
• Prior housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles
• Basic understanding of cooking or kitchen sanitation is beneficial but not required
