What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Holiday Inn Express?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express in Cloverdale. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. You will also be responsible for restocking supplies, delivering items to guests’ rooms, and moving your cart of cleaning supplies and equipment from room to room in the hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a housekeeper or similar role, great attention to detail, hardworking and the ability to work independently. This is a fast paced position.
The ideal candidate will have respect for the property, employers, and fellow employees. They must be guest-facing and presentable. No drinking and no drugs. Must be professional.
Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms and common areas of the hotel.
- Follow instructions of housekeeper managers and maintain brand standards in cleaning of rooms.
- Restock supplies.
- Deliver items to guests’ rooms.
- Move your cart of cleaning supplies and equipment from room to room in the hotel.
- No drinking or drugs. Must be honest, dependable, and hard-working.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
