Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations and cancellations efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
