Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist guests with inquiries and reservations.
- Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of guest relations.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable).
- Familiarity with night audit processes is an advantage.
- Strong phone etiquette and experience operating multi-line phone systems.
- Previous hotel or resort experience is beneficial for this role.
