Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort across our hospitality facilities. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial services, to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to uphold service standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
• Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning projects, ensuring thoroughness and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety regulations among staff members to prevent accidents and promote a secure working environment.

Skills

• Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial services, hotel housekeeping management or related fields.
• Proven staff supervision and team management abilities with a track record of leading successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning standards, and janitorial best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
• Familiarity with safety regulations relevant to hospitality or industrial cleaning environments.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for training staff and coordinating with other departments.
