Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, utensils, and condiments before service begins
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, buffet stations, and kitchen workspace throughout your shift
• Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly customer service
• Replenish food supplies as needed during service to ensure a consistent guest experience
• Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering or banquet breakfast services when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Experience serving or catering in hospitality settings preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness according to health regulations
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
