Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. You will ensure that the breakfast area is well-stocked, clean, and inviting, while also preparing and serving food items. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for creating a positive dining experience.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, appealing, and replenished as needed throughout the breakfast service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Assist with food preparation tasks or preparing coffee as needed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is important.
