We are looking for an energetic early riser to help start our guest's day off right!
The Breakfast Attendant will begin at 5am each morning. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
The Breakfast Attendant prepares breakfast for guests in an effort to enhance their overall experience at the Hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Feature breakfast items that appeal to customers who value health and wellness without alienating other guest demographics, based upon Brand guidelines.
- Provide day of week rotation schedules for key items to increase variety per Brand guidelines.
- Merchandise breakfast effectively by grouping and labeling breakfast options and featured items.
- Maintain current collateral that meets brand standards.
- Organize refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage area using the First In First Out (FIFO) rule to ensure that product with the closest expiration date is used first.
- Use an order sheet with inventory pars when placing orders.
- Keep daily logs up to date and filed correctly.
- Clean kitchen and breakfast area daily and attend to any spills or messes immediately.
- Assist guests with any questions and be available to guests at all times.
