Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing accurate information about hotel amenities and services
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Support guest services by coordinating special requests, providing local information, and assisting with luggage or transportation needs
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly preferred
- Proven background in night audit procedures or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a strong asset for engaging with diverse guests
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk technology tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial reconciliation and record keeping
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
