What You’ll Do:
- Clean guest rooms to IHG brand standards, including bathrooms, beds, and common areas.
- Restock amenities, replace linens, and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests and coworkers.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and brand cleanliness procedures.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must be available 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
- Attendance during inclement weather is required—guests depend on us regardless of the weather.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
