In this energetic role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your proactive approach will ensure every guest experiences comfort and satisfaction from the moment they step into our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate cleaning techniques to preserve flooring quality.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to enhance guest comfort and convenience.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold the hotel’s high standards of hygiene.
• Handle janitorial duties efficiently by disposing of trash, replenishing linens, and performing deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
• Collaborate with team members to manage housekeeping schedules effectively and address special requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Strong skills in cleaning techniques, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Knowledge of floor care methods suitable for various flooring types.
• Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Previous housekeeping management experience is a bonus but not required; training will be provided for those eager to grow into leadership roles.
