Duties
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented
- Replenish food and beverage items promptly to maintain a fully stocked breakfast area throughout service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and serving areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist guests with inquiries, dietary needs, and special requests to enhance their breakfast experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to proper serving techniques and hygiene standards
- Monitor the buffet for quality control, removing expired or spoiled items promptly
- Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or group bookings
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering roles preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards essential for maintaining hygiene excellence
- Background in banquet service or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee and beverage preparation is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
