Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Coordinate reservations using hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated.
• Maintain clear communication via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Assist with night audit procedures when required, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive reviews and repeat business.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless service during busy periods or special events.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms, is advantageous.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes enhances your ability to manage various responsibilities confidently.
• Resort experience or background in luxury hospitality settings is desirable for delivering elevated guest services.
• Strong communication skills via phone and in person are essential for building rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
