WHAT'S THE JOB?
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Weatherford, Texas! You’ll be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to guests from check-in to check-out. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Front Desk Agent, you will need:
- A positive, guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software. Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory—training is provided.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Welcome and check in guests, ensuring all their needs are met with True Hospitality.
- Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process check-outs and manage guest billing with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
