What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Host position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites: Tempe University?
- Provides personalized service to all guests.
- Responds promptly and efficiently to guest’s inquiries, requests and concerns.
- Maintains the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized, clean and standardized presentation.
- Sets out and stocks breakfast food, beverages, & supplies during serving hours.
- Clears and cleans tables and breakfast area as needed. Removes trash as needed
- Washes serving equipment and returns to storage.
- Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Maintains open communication with hotel departments.
- Assists with compliance of all state and local health policies and regulations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
