What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant General Manager position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sulphur, LA?
The Assistant General Manager ensures that all personnel consistently provides high quality guest service and adheres to policies and procedures. Provides guidance, leadership, support and training to all personnel in order to maximize revenue, cost controls and service. The AGM assists the General Manager in all areas of property operations as necessary.
The ideal candidate is likely to have some supervisor experience in a hotel environment, be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities. High school diploma required. Two years combined front desk and supervisory experience preferred.
