What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Saugerties?
Starts: 5:30am
- Set up breakfast for schedule time per standards, must be set up 6 am punctual.
- Ensure all the necessary items per weekly menu are put out for that date.
- Replenish all foods on the menu as needed, never running out or low on any food items.
- Replenish cups, spoons, knives, napkins, plates, etc.
- Replenish all condiments,
- Replenish coffee, must have fresh coffee at all times.
- Report to work on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming must conform to our standards.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all emergency procedures and how to follow steps.
- Keeping breakfast area, and main lobby cleaned at all times.
- Interact with guests for guest feedback and maintaining high hotel guest service scores.
- Perform all other duties as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Must keep up with IHG/Holiday Inn & Suites training. Check for new and mandatory training as they become available.
