Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Perform residential painting, and general carpentry tasks as needed to maintain facility aesthetics and safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance activities, coordinate with team members, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Read technical schematics and diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee maintenance operations for manufacturing or facilities environments while providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems repair, HVAC system troubleshooting, plumbing maintenance, welding, and residential painting.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters confidently.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide team members effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and perform precise repairs following safety standards.
