Duties
- Answer phone calls and emails regarding room availability and rates.
- Input and update reservations into the hotel’s system.
- Modify, confirm, or cancel bookings as requested.
- Greet guests upon arrival and verify their reservations.
- Issue room keys and provide essential information about the property.
- Process payments and issue invoices during check-out.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Handle special requests (early check-in, late check-out, room preferences, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information.
- Prepare daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, and cancellations.
- Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Skills & Qualities Needed
