What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend/Relief Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites of DuBois?
Job Summary: Assist guests efficiently, professionally and courteously in all Front Desk functions, and maintain high standards for service and hospitality. This position is part-time 2 shifts per week working 3rd shift 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and willing to work 2nd shift during training period.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
Post guest charges and compute guest billing correctly, collect payment and follow cash handling procedures.
Be knowledgeable of IHG Rewards program and promotions.
Take reservations and requests accurately and efficiently.
Answer switchboard with proper telephone etiquette
Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
Offer and properly schedule wake up calls.
Inform management of any guest or systems related complaints or problems.
Communicate with management and staff by through the shift communication book.
Must be neat in appearance and wear proper uniform.
Practice safety standards.
Keep maintenance informed of all maintenance needs.
Perform simple maintenance as needed.
Be able to move luggage, packages, cribs and roll away beds weighing up to 50 pounds. Employee must adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company including, but not limited to those in the employee handbook.

Previous hotel experience preferred or at least 1 year customer service experience.
