Our Maintenance Team plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. By ensuring our hotel is safe, clean, and operating efficiently, you'll help create a comfortable and welcoming environment for every guest.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's guest rooms, public areas, and exterior grounds. Your duties will include:
- Perform minor repairs, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, HVAC filters, and other building components
- Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water lines
- Complete minor painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs throughout the property
- Assist with maintenance of kitchen, laundry, and other hotel equipment
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to the hotel's maintenance program
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's exterior, parking lot, entrances, walkways, landscaping, signage, and lighting
- Help maintain the pool, fitness center, and other guest amenities to ensure they are clean, safe, and fully operational
- Set up and break down meeting room functions as needed
- Monitor inventory and replenish maintenance supplies while minimizing waste
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests
- Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
- Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to provide exceptional guest service
- Assist with additional maintenance and property improvement projects as assigned
