Job Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes for large group events as well as daily service at our on-site restaurant. You’ll maintain high standards of , cleanliness, and organization while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with banquet event meal prep, setup, and breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with the kitchen and event teams to ensure timely service
- Follow all and sanitation standards
- Maintain inventory and assist with stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or banquet cook required
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
