Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, utensils, and equipment, following food safety sanitizing procedures.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee makers, grills, and warming stations safely and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation tasks like slicing, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support smooth service flow.
- Monitor food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure the breakfast station is fully equipped for guest needs while adhering to weight handling safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety management practices.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience with food sanitizing procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor for in-person interactions.
- Ability to handle manual tasks such as lifting heavy supplies or equipment safely.
