Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, cancellations, and billing information using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance
- Support guest relations by offering local recommendations, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable stay
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain hotel standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus for serving diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently

- Ability to work the second shift hours reliably, including evenings and weekends as needed
