Key Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Manage room reservations through phone, email, and third-party platforms
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest needs
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred- Previous customer service or hotel front desk experience is a plus
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, HotelKey, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Working Conditions:
Standing for extended periods- May be required to lift or carry light items (e.g., luggage, packages)
- Fast-paced, customer-facing environment
