Job Description

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Corinth MS, is looking for dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and quality. Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure rooms meet Hilton’s cleanliness standards.
• Public Area Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, restrooms, and the lobby.
• Guest Service: Respond to special requests or concerns from guests regarding room cleanliness and provide exceptional service.
• Inventory & Supplies: Ensure that housekeeping carts are stocked with necessary supplies and equipment for daily tasks.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover and a seamless guest experience.
• Report Issues: Notify supervisors of any maintenance or cleanliness issues that need attention.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
• Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow cleaning standards, and time management skills.
• Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and dedicated to creating a positive guest experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
