Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and routing calls effectively
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in all reports
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Assist with guest services such as concierge duties, providing local information and amenities guidance
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and aligned with hotel standards at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for serving diverse guest populations
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit processes is essential
