What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bethlehem?
The Holiday lnn Express & Suites Bethlehem is currently looking to hire a part-time Night Auditor (11PM-7AM). Additional shifts at other times will be available for candidates that desire more hours. Additional shifts would be 7AM-3PM & 3PM-11PM. We are looking for a customer-oriented applicant who can greet our guests in a friendly, professional manner. Hotel experience is a plus, but not a requirement!
Requirements for position: Answer phones and take reservations with excellent communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, work with housekeeping staff, be able to work the night audit shift (11PM-7AM). Our Night Auditor ensures the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction. Requirements for working the front desk are as follows but not limited to:
- Register & process guests and their assigned rooms
- Accommodate guest requests
- Communicating with hotel staff on the status of guest rooms
- Upselling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
- Handling cash payments
- Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
- Please have solid references
- follow all policies and procedures
- complete checklists
- Successful history as a front desk agent or related hospitality experience is welcomed but not required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Task-driven individuals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
