What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle Driver, Overnight Shuttle Driver position at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Belleville?
Drivers may make an additional estimated $25.00 to $100.00 in tips per 8 hour shift. Some guests tip well. We also accept provide software for guests to give digital tips.
Shifts
- Morning Shift - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Afternoon Shift - 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- Overnight Shift - 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
Hotel Shuttle Driver
The following list of duties and tasks below are the requirements for the position as a shuttle driver along with other additional duties from time to time but not limited to:
- This position requires availability for the 11pm to 7am shift
- Must be able to remain awake, remain active and drive safe
- You must have and maintain a driver's license with an excellent driving record
- You must be able to use an Apple iPhone to communicate with the hotels
- Be able to use our shuttle dispatch software on the Apple iPhone to ensure you are picking up and dropping off the correct guests in a timely manor
- Cleaning and maintaining a clean shuttle inside and out
- Provide great customer service and follow all traffic laws
- Shuttling guests locally and to airports
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Must be able to lift guest belongings and luggages

Additional tasks include completing the driver’s checklist daily
- Setting up, tearing down and cleaning of event space/banquet rooms
- Grounds upkeep indoors and outdoors including cleaning and mopping the lobby
- Making fresh coffee and cleaning the coffee station
- Taking out the garbage
- Shoveling of snow and salting outside as needed
- Assisting with guest concerns includes plunging toilets, checking televisions, delivering towels, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
