Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, and high-touch areas regularly
- Care for floors through sweeping,carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine appearance
- Manage custodial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained properly
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry processes
- Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, and disinfectants
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling as needed
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management is a plus
