Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in Absecon, NJ. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage hotel staff, and drive financial performance. Duties include supervising departmental heads, coordinating with corporate offices, implementing brand standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
