Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person using multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and smooth overnight operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating strong guest relations skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests are a significant advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working at the front desk or in guest services within a hotel or resort setting
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
- Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
