*Overview*
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities and equipment.
*Duties*
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform repairs on electrical systems using an ohmmeter and reading schematics
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or staff
- Welding tasks as needed for repairs
- Execute residential painting projects
- Demonstrate leadership skills when coordinating maintenance tasks
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fix equipment issues
*Requirements*
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Experience in general maintenance tasks to maintain the facility in good working condition
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Competency in using an ohmmeter and interpreting schematics
- Skills in residential painting for property upkeep
- Strong leadership qualities to guide maintenance operations
