As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and office equipment
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including hotel management systems
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
