Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, and clean bathrooms.
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of the room.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost-and-found items to management.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within shift timeframes.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Performance Expectations:
- Must be able to clean up to 16 rooms within an 8-hour workday while maintaining brand cleanliness standards.
- Work efficiently and stay on task to meet daily room assignment goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
