What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Holiday Inn Express Pigeon Forge Near Dollywood?
We are seeking to hire a dependable full- time night auditor to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express Pigeon Forge Near Dollywood. This is a year around position with weekly hours between 38-40. Previous experience preferred but we are willing to train as long as candidate has a strong customer service or hospitality experience.
The ideal candidate will have good communication and problem-solving skills. They will be comfortable working independently with minimum supervision and acting as MOD during their shift. The successful candidate will have a stable work history, enjoy working nights and seeking to be part of a successful hospitality team.
Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting guest with reservations in person and over the phone, check-in/check-out, and during their stay. Our auditors close out the day and set up for the new day which includes verifying, completing, and sending daily reports. Other duties include inventory of our sweet shop, turning on breakfast warmers and assist with some breakfast set up. Answering the switchboard and completing a daily checklist.
