Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
- Handle special cleaning requests efficiently and report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely while following established procedures for floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning when necessary.
- Support overall facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting as needed to keep the environment welcoming.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred; experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is highly valued.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and industrial cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or residential painting is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
