Job Description: Cleaning and Sanitizing of Hotel rooms through a process of IHG Required Cleaning. Housekeeping is paid by the hour not by the room.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and management, guests, owners, and investors. Intermediate proficiency with all hotel-related systems and software. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 hours), climb stairs and conduct walk-through of hotel and lift up to 42 pounds.
