Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally
- Conduct night audit duties to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
- Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Meet metrics set by brand and company
- Extranet Proficient
- Willing to clean/inspect rooms if needed
- Sales/Group knowledge
- Cash/Credit handling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk or hotel management roles
- Proficiency in hotel management software systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Word/PDF
