Schedule
- Thursday - Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow IHG brand standards and hotel policies
- Help create an exceptional guest experience every day
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with IHG or hotel property management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be available for all scheduled shifts, including weekends
