We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our housekeeping team as a Part-Time Housekeeping Inspector. This role ensures that rooms and public areas meet IHG and brand cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Verify that all housekeeping tasks are completed according to established checklists and procedures.
- Provide coaching and feedback to room attendants to support consistent quality.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or deficiencies to the appropriate department.
- Assist with training new housekeeping staff on inspection standards when needed.
- Maintain accurate inspection records using company systems (Quore or similar).
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
