Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and common areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to meet guest expectations for comfort and convenience.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain safety standards.
• Follow established protocols for industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including deep cleaning of public spaces and specialized areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas such as lobbies, restrooms, conference rooms, and hallways to uphold the hotel's high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles, with a strong understanding of hospitality standards.
• Skilled in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Prior experience with custodial responsibilities in busy environments preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations or housekeeping management is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout shifts.
