Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with friendly, professional service.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and relay messages with excellent phone etiquette.
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and controlling access to the hotel premises.
• Support front desk operations by managing guest requests, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring guest relations are prioritized.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management systems is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems required.
• Knowledge of hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality best practices.
