Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hospitality Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will work as a front desk agent. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, cash handling, financial transactions, and ensuring a positive guest experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excellent work habits and a heart of hospitality. The position does include weekends and holidays. Hours vary but the shifts are 7a - 3p, 3p - 11p and 11p - 7a. This position is for an average of 2 shifts per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously..
- Process financial transactions accurately, including cash handling and providing change as needed.
- Use a property management computer system for all guest stays and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel as per company standards.
- Provide a safe environment for our guests and team.
- Handle all emergency situations and communicate to emergency personal, team members and guests what actions are needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Communicate effectively with guest, vendors and co-workers.
Requirements
- Stable work history with excellent references for longevity, attendance and team work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
