In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional service, and managing guest inquiries with professionalism. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS).
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly through multi-line phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, night audit procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Ensure adherence to hotel emergency procedures and safety standards at all times.
- Support guest relations by resolving issues with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS).
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette, guest relations, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume guest interactions is desirable.
