- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and account management.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review.
- Monitor phone systems to assist guests with inquiries or requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and responding to any emergencies as needed.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guests' experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software.
